BOOKING

Please ensure that all members of your group are aware of the booking and have access to the relevant information relating to your visit, including these terms and conditions.

The person making the booking is responsible for the booking on behalf of the group, including payment of the booking price and any agreed amendments that may be made to the reservation.

If additional players are added to the booking at a later date, we kindly ask that they are made aware of these terms and conditions and any important information relating to the booking.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Children of all ages are welcome. Every child is different, and parents know best whether their child will enjoy the experience, so we simply ask that parents actively take part and supervise younger players throughout the game. Groups are welcome from the age of 14 and over. For younger groups, at least one adult must be present inside the room during the experience.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you or anyone in your party has any accessibility requirements, mobility considerations, or other needs that may affect your experience, please contact us before booking. This will allow us to advise on the suitability of the chosen room and ensure we can accommodate your group wherever possible.

CHANGES IN PRICE

From time to time, we may update our room prices, promotions and special offers. Any changes will only apply to future bookings and will not affect existing confirmed reservations.

CHANGES BY YOU

If you wish to change any part of your booking arrangements after our confirmation email has been issued, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that plans can change and, where sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

As a small business, late cancellations can be difficult to fill, particularly during busy periods. To allow us the opportunity to rebook your time slot, we ask that any requests to rearrange a booking are made at least 7 days before your scheduled game date. While we will always try to help, alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.

SAFETY

Your safety is our priority. All participants are expected to act responsibly, follow the instructions provided by our staff, and treat the rooms and their contents with care. Extremescape cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from reckless, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour, or from the misuse of any equipment, props, or facilities.
